Great Investment Property Resource

Well, I signed up to pursue training in Investment property scouting to get me the relevant skills to be a successful real estate investor.

This process has been very eye opening for me, since it teaches me the real hard core process of finding real promising properties.

Here is the plan, I will post summaries of each property that I find on here for you to pursue if interested. The good news is that I can also refer you to financing resources as part of the process. Each property will have at least a minimum of US$1M built in equity on top of the current sale price. I will ensure that the seller is flexible and willing to accept multiple options.. I will also do this in the form of a newsletter, so sign-up as soon as the form becomes available.
